Being stuck with an expensive rhinestone dress that doesn't fit, combined with the lack of professional service, is why I urgently needed to contact customer service. I was forced to buy a costly rhinestone gown without trying it on, and now that it doesn't fit, I'm simply stuck with it because of your rigid no-return policy for those items.
